Stephen McKeon is an Associate Professor of Finance at University of Oregon. His research focuses on cryptoassets, security issuance, and M&A, and has been published in top finance journals, as well as popular press outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and NY Times.

 

His professional experience includes six years as a chief financial officer and involvement with several venture backed start-up firms and token projects as a co-founder, advisor, and board director.  Prof. McKeon teaches valuation, FinTech, and venture capital at Univ. of Oregon, and blockchain regulation in UC Berkeley’s Blockchain Unlocked program.
